# Settings

> Appearance, how you call, missed-call texts and the figures at the top of your pages.

Open **Settings** from the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar. You see only the sections that apply to your account.

## Appearance

How Desk looks to you **in this browser**. Other people, and your other devices, aren't affected.

* **Theme**: **Paper** or **Pockla**. If your organisation has its own colours, its name appears as a third option. Themes change colours only.
* **Mode**: **Match system**, **Light** or **Dark**.

## Calling from here

Shown if your organisation calls leads from Desk. These settings are yours alone. See [Making calls](/calling/making-calls).

| Setting | What it does |
| - | - |
| **Call from** | **This computer**: talk through your headset on a laptop or desktop. **My phone**: we ring you first. On a phone, Call always rings your phone. |
| **Your number** | The phone we ring when you call from your phone. A UK number, like 07700 900123. |
| **Keep my line open between calls** | After a call your phone stays connected for three minutes, so your next Call rings the lead straight away. Hang up when you're done. |

## Texts to your leads

Shown if Pockla offers missed-call texts for your account. Turn on **Text a lead when you can't get through**. The rules and a sample text are shown under the switch. See [Missed-call texts](/calling/missed-call-texts).

## Panel

The three figures at the top of **Leads** and **Today**. For each one, pick what it measures:

* **Cost per …**: for example, cost per appointment or per sale.
* **Number of …**: for example, number qualified.
* **Time to first contact**
* **Leads delivered**

Results run from **qualified** up to **sold**. You can set a target for each figure so you can see at a glance whether you're on track.

If you receive calls, you can also set a **Target cost of what you win**. This is your transfer charges as a share of the value your export reports. Leave it empty for no target line.

The preview updates as you make changes, using your last 30 days.

  Only team leads, admins and Pockla can change the panel. Everyone else sees "A team lead or admin on your team can change these."
