# The lead page

> One lead's full history: every call and text, what they told us, and how to reach them.

Open any lead from Leads, Today or Search to see its page. Use **All leads** to go back and **Copy link** to share it.

## Timeline

Everything that's happened with the lead, newest first. Each entry says who did it:

* **Your team**: for example "Called, no answer".
* **From us**: for example "Text · We tried to call · Delivered".
* "They called your line": the lead rang back.
* "Call transferred to you": we connected the lead to your team.

Entries with a recording have a **Play** button. Your team's most recently logged call can be undone from here.

## About the lead

What the lead told us. Each answer from their enquiry form is shown next to anything they said on a call. Links like **▸0:30** jump straight to that point in the recording.

## Contact info

How to reach the lead, as they gave it to us.

## The side panel

| Field | What it means |
| - | - |
| **Status** | Where the lead is now. |
| **Your CRM** | The stage in your CRM, if it reports back. It reads "Not in your CRM yet" until we receive it. |
| **First contact** | How long after delivery the lead was first contacted, and whether it was by us. |
| **Calls** | How many calls your team has made, and when the last one was. If there are none yet, it shows how many texts we've sent. |
| **Callback** | The next callback, if one is booked. |
| **Asked for** | What the lead enquired about. |
| **Record** | When we delivered the lead. |
| **Your ref** | Your own reference for the lead, if you gave us one. |

The panel also has the lead's actions:

* **Call ▾** (<kbd>D</kbd>): call the lead from Desk. See [Making calls](/calling/making-calls).
* **Log call** (<kbd>L</kbd>): record a call you made another way. See [Logging calls](/calling/logging-calls).
* **Copy number** (<kbd>C</kbd>).
