# Downloads

> Save any list as a CSV for your own reporting.

Every work page has a **Download** button in its head. It saves the rows you're looking at as a CSV, with your period and filters applied. Hover over it to see how many rows you'll get, for example "Download CSV · 41 calls".

On **Today** you can choose between **Calls on this day** and **Leads on this day**.

Search results download in the same way: you get exactly the results on screen.

## Leads CSV

| Delivered | When we delivered the lead. |
| Lead | Name. |
| Place | Where they are. |
| Phone | Phone number. |
| Email | Email address. |
| Asked for | What they enquired about. |
| Your CRM | The stage in your CRM, if it reports back. |
| Furthest stage | The furthest the lead has got. |
| First contact | When the lead was first contacted. |
| Calls by you | Calls your team made. |
| Texts from us | Texts we sent. |
| Charge | What the lead cost, or **Credited** if we waived it. |
| Our ref | Our reference. Quote it when you contact us about a lead. |
| Your ref | Your reference, if you gave us one. |

## Calls CSV

| Received | When the call came in. |
| Caller | The caller's name. |
| State | Where the caller is. |
| Phone | Their number. |
| Line | How the call reached you. |
| Seconds at desk | Talk time after the call reached your team. |
| Billable | The billing verdict. |
| Grade | How the caller's details were checked: **verified** or **stated**. |
| What happened | The outcome. |
| Your status | The status in your export. |
| Ref | Our reference. Quote it when you query a call. |
