# Introduction

> Every call and lead we sent you: what happened, whether it billed, and what could have gone better.

## What is Pockla Desk?

Pockla Desk is where you see everything Pockla sends you. Sign in and you'll find every call we transferred and every lead we delivered, with what happened on each one.

For each **call** you get the recording, a summary of what was said, whether it billed, and coaching on what could have gone better.

For each **lead** you see where it stands: who has called it, what they said, when a callback is due, and how it shows in your CRM.

If your team calls leads from Desk, you can also place those calls, log how they went and work through the queue in one place.

  Desk is not a CRM or a dialler, and it needs no training. It shows you what Pockla sent and lets you act on it.

## Calls, leads or both

What you see depends on what you buy from us:

* **Calls.** You get Today, Calls and Trend. Each call has its recording, outcome and billing verdict.
* **Leads.** You get Today, Leads and Trend. Each lead has its status, its call history and where it stands in your CRM.
* **Both.** You get everything.

Some features appear only if they're switched on for your organisation: calling from Desk, missed-call texts, teams and a brand theme. Each page says when a feature depends on your account.
