# Keyboard shortcuts

> Every key Desk responds to.

On Windows, use <kbd>Ctrl</kbd> where you see <kbd>⌘</kbd>, and <kbd>Alt</kbd> where you see <kbd>⌥</kbd>.

## Anywhere

| <kbd>⌘K</kbd> or <kbd>/</kbd> | Search |
| <kbd>⇧F</kbd> | Open filters |
| <kbd>⌥⇧F</kbd> | Clear all filters |
| <kbd>Esc</kbd> | Close the menu, or leave search |

## Lists

| <kbd>↑</kbd> <kbd>↓</kbd> | Move between rows |
| <kbd>↵</kbd> | Open the selected call or lead |
| <kbd>F</kbd> | Flag for your team |
| <kbd>Space</kbd> | Play or pause (calls) |
| <kbd>D</kbd> | Call the lead (leads) |
| <kbd>L</kbd> | Log a call (leads) |
| <kbd>C</kbd> | Copy the lead's number (leads) |

## Calling

| <kbd>L</kbd> | How did it go? Opens the log sheet |
