What the assistant does
- Replies to leads who message us, in short, plain answers of no more than two sentences, with no emoji.
- Answers only within its brief. It sticks to the product the lead enquired about. It never invents prices, dates or discounts.
- Books callbacks. When a lead asks for a call, the assistant records it, and the request reaches whoever calls the lead.
- Hands over to a person. If a lead raises something sensitive, or asks something the assistant shouldn’t answer, the conversation passes to a person. From then on the assistant only sends a short holding reply.
- Waits for the lead to finish. If a lead sends several messages in a row, the assistant reads them all before it answers once.
- Stays quiet when that’s right. Not every message needs a reply, and the assistant won’t send one just to fill a gap.
Where a lead stands
Every conversation moves a lead along a simple ladder: New → Contacted → Engaged → Warm → Callback requested → Meeting booked It ends in one of Converted, Lost or Opted out. A lead only ever moves forward. A weaker signal never undoes a stronger one: if a lead booked a meeting and then sends a vague reply, they’re still a booked meeting.Who it talks to
The assistant only talks to leads we already hold, and it knows them only by their phone number. A number we don’t recognise gets a short, polite reply and nothing more.Next
