Everything in Desk belongs to your organisation. Nobody outside it can see your calls, leads, flags or settings.

People at Pockla can also see your organisation, so we can support you.

Teams

Some organisations split their leads into teams, for example by product line. If yours does:
  • Reps and team leads see only their own teams’ leads.
  • Admins see every team.
  • Someone on no team sees “No leads are shared with you yet. Ask your manager to add you.”

Switching team

If you’re on more than one team, a team switcher sits at the top of every page. Choose Switch team, or type in Find a team. The number next to each team is how many of its leads are waiting on a call. Admins also see Not on a team, for leads that aren’t assigned to any team, and Who works which leads, which shows who is on each team.

Adding people and changing teams

People, roles and teams are managed by Pockla for now. To add someone, change a role or set up teams, email support@pockla.com from an admin’s address.
