The Search field sits at the top of the sidebar (on a phone it’s in the top bar). Press ⌘K or / to jump to it from anywhere. Try a name, phone number, email, postcode or reference.

How search works

  • A search covers all time and all of your organisation’s leads and transferred calls, whatever page you were on and whatever filters you had set.
  • Results replace the page as you type, under the heading Search results. The page underneath stays as you left it.
  • Open a result to see its page. A Search results link takes you back to your results.

Narrowing results

Search results have their own period, filters and download, just like any other page:
  • Change the period to search a narrower window.
  • Use Filter (⇧F) to add chips. If you receive both leads and calls, the first filter is Type: Leads or Calls.
  • Download saves exactly the results you’re looking at.
Press Esc, clear the field, or press your browser’s Back button. You return to the page you were on, scrolled to where you were.
