Every work page has a Filter button in its head. Filters narrow the list, and every number on the page follows them: the summary line, the scorecard, the panel and the charts all agree.

Adding a filter

1

Open the filter menu

Choose Filter in the page head, or press ⇧F.
2

Pick a field

Type to find it, for example “Area” or “Outcome”.
3

Pick values

Each value shows how many leads or calls have it. Pick as many as you need.
The filter appears as a chip under the page title, for example Area │ is any of │ FK, PH │ ×. Choose + to add another and Clear to remove them all.

Filtering by pressing a number

Many figures on the page can be pressed to add a filter. Examples are the rows in Where these leads stand, the CRM stage bars, N billable, and the groups in Why calls ended.

When filters hide rows

Under the list, Desk tells you how much is hidden, for example “8 leads hidden by filters · Clear filters”. If nothing matches you’ll see “No leads match these filters”, with a button to remove the last chip.

Keys

On a phone, filters open as a sheet from the bottom of the screen.

Filters are part of the page’s address. Copy the address and a colleague sees the same filtered view.
