Every so often we review a window of your calls and write it up. The latest review appears on Today as Today’s note.

What a review covers

  • The opening: the headline of the period.
  • What happened on each call: the calls worth discussing, one by one.
  • Findings: patterns across the calls, such as common objections or where calls are lost.
  • One thing we need from you: the single change that would make the most difference.
A review is fixed once it’s saved. If a call is revised later, the review stays as it was written, so you can always see what we said at the time.
