The Leads page lists every lead we’ve delivered to you. Its summary reads like “All time · 120 leads · 64 reached · 18 appointments”.

The panel

At the top are three figures your team chose, such as cost per appointment, time to first contact or leads delivered. Change them in Settings → Panel. Below the panel you’ll see one of two breakdowns, depending on your account:
  • Where these leads stand: how far each lead has got.
  • Your CRM stage: how your CRM reports them, if it reports back to us.
Press any row or bar to filter the list to those leads.

Needs first call and All leads

Two tabs sit above the table:
  • Needs first call: leads nobody has reached yet. The tab shows how many there are.
  • All leads: everything in the period.

Working through the list

Call appears only if your organisation calls leads from Desk. See Making calls.

If you can’t see any leads

If your organisation uses teams, you only see leads shared with your teams. If you’re not on a team you’ll see “No leads are shared with you yet. Ask your manager to add you.”
